Basically, the court is a pack of fucking hypocrites and wimps who don't want to make a decision or set a precedent.
Okay, yeah, it's only been a few hours, but what I'm really worried about is that the court might hem and haw over this issue until it's too late to put some kind of repeal initiative on the next ballot.
